IIn August of 2007 the Governor of the State of Texas, the Honorable Rick Perry, sent this Official Recognition to Stephen for being a finalist in the Susan K. Black Foundation's art competition Blossom-Art of Flowers, which chose 50 of the top floral painters nationwide.
